Homy is a product of Six Solutions. We are responsible for processing the personal data that reaches us through this website.

Homy gives real estate agencies an AI colleague: software that, among other things, answers e-mails, holds conversations in a chat widget on the agency’s website, takes calls, prepares files and collects leads.

Which data do we process, and why?

When you request a demo or contact us, we process:

• your first name, last name and work e-mail address;
• the name of your real estate agency;
• your mobile number, if you enter it;
• what you are looking for help with and what you write in the form yourself;
• the appointment you book in our calendar (name, e-mail address and time).

We use this data to answer your request, to prepare and give the demo, and to follow up with you afterwards. We do so on the basis of your request (steps taken before entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in staying in touch with interested agencies.

If you give your consent through the cookie banner, we also measure how visitors use the website and how our advertisements perform (see "Cookies"). Without your consent, this does not happen.

Like any web server, our server keeps technical data (such as your IP address and the page requested) for a short time to keep the website secure and working.

Who do we share your data with?

We do not sell your data. We work with these service providers, who process your data only on our behalf:

• Make (Celonis): passes a demo request on to our team;
• Cal.com: the calendar in which you book an appointment;
• our hosting and database partners, who store the website and the requests;
• Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta pixel): only after your consent, for statistics and advertising.

Some of these services may process data outside the European Economic Area. If so, this is done on the basis of the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

On your first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies for statistics and advertising. Until you choose, and if you refuse, we only place the cookie that remembers your choice. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw consent, we stop from the next page and delete the cookies we are able to delete ourselves.

In addition, your browser remembers locally (not as a cookie) whether you have closed the language suggestion. This information is not sent to us.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep the data of a demo request for as long as is needed to follow up your request and, if you become a client, for as long as the collaboration lasts and the law requires us to keep it. If you want us to delete your data sooner, let us know.

How do we protect your data?

• The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS).
• Requests are stored in a secure database that only authorised staff can access.
• Personal data never ends up in the address bar or in links, not even when booking an appointment.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy;
• have incorrect data corrected;
• have your data deleted, as far as the law allows;
• have processing restricted or object to it;
• have your data transferred;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without this making earlier processing unlawful.

Send your request to info@tellhomy.be. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

The AI colleague at real estate agencies

When a real estate agency uses Homy, for example the chat widget on its website or the e-mail AI colleague, Homy processes personal data on behalf of that agency. The agency is then responsible for that processing and informs its clients about it in its own privacy policy. We only process the data needed to make the AI colleague work, in line with the agreements with the agency.

Changes

We may change this privacy policy, for example when we start using a new service. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
