Definitions

• Homy: Six Solutions, which develops and deploys AI colleagues for real estate agencies.
• Services: all products and services of Homy, including the AI colleague for e-mail, the chat widget, telephony, the compromis, document filing, the file check, prospecting, comparables, lead management and the valuation tool.
• User: the natural person or legal entity that uses the website or the services.

Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website and to requests made through the website. For the use of the services, Homy and the real estate agency enter into a separate agreement; if the two conflict, that agreement prevails.

Prices and requests

The prices on the website are indicative, per agency and per month, excluding VAT. The final price is in the proposal you receive from us.

A demo request or any other request through the website is non-binding. An agreement is only concluded after written confirmation by both parties.

Use of the website

You use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Homy, other users or third parties.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter in a request.

The examples on the website (addresses, names, amounts) are illustrations and not real data.

Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete and error-free.

Homy is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the website, except in the case of intent or gross negligence on the part of Homy.

Intellectual property

All content of the website, such as texts, images, logos and software, is the property of Homy or its licensors. Clients’ logos are shown with their permission and remain their property.

You may not copy, distribute or use the content without prior written permission.

Privacy

Changes

Homy may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated; the version on the website at the time of your visit applies.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Ghent.
